Rest assure that once our Certified Technicians are on the scene, your property will immediately be on its way back to pre- water damage condition. SSR will asses the situation and implement a course of action.
Water removal of any standing water is the first step to remediation. We utilize mobile extraction units or pumps to assist with this process.
Non salvageable items will be removed from the wet damaged areas. All salvageable contents will be cleaned, sanitized and properly deodorized. We will work with your insurance adjuster to help expedite your claim.
Damaged building materials such as sheet rock and insulation will be removed and properly disposed of. Your professional Restoration Technician will determine what materials will be dried and which materials will be removed. We base these decisions on the IICRC S500 industry standards and reference guide.
This process is critical for secondary damage prevention. The use of commercial grade dehumidification equipment and centrifugal fans for air movement, allows for drying to occur. Technicians will monitor and take humidity readings, as well as content moisture levels, at different stages of this process until acceptable dry levels have been achieved.
At this stage of your Restoration process we focus on content and structural cleaning and disinfection. This inhibits mold and bacterial growth. Prevention is always a priority.
